Your 100% satisfaction is important to us so we're offering at 30 Day Return & Refund Policy if you meet any of the criteria below:
A. Retraction Right
The Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return, at his expense, and under his responsibility, the ordered Product (s), without having to justify it reasons.
The products must be sent back to Betty PTE. LTD. in perfect condition, in its original packaging (s), accompanied by the voucher(s) and label. The products must have been purchased on the site www.wearbetty.com.
If your package are unused, unopened and in the original product packaging with all labels and protective seals/stickers intact you have the right to return the products within 30 days. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, used or dirty will not be refunded. You can return the products to our warehouse for a refund to be made. Just fill out the return-form our customer service team will send you and send the products you want to return to us. Please note that we do not pay for the return shipment cost for environmentally reasons.
If all the above conditions are met, Betty PTE. LTD. will reimburse you for the total amount paid when placing the order, excluding the initial delivery charge. Betty will reimburse within a maximum period of 21 calendar days from the receipt of the returned Products. The effective date of the credit in your account may vary according to your bank contract.
B. Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of when you received the items. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
C. Missing Items
We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Please contact our Customer Experience Specialist so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
