Used the size guide and orderer the size it told me to get, but it is too small and they charge for returns. Absolutely useless.

Never received, terrible customer service
As noted, the product never arrived. I asked for replacement or refund and they ignored me after trying to make me jump through hoops to prove I never revived it. Do not order from them.
